This policy describes the data we collect through this site, why we process it, how long we keep it and the rights available to you.
Data controller

Data collected
Through the expression-of-interest form: name, WhatsApp number, email address (optional), city and state, declared transfer habits, expected volume, stated needs. Through the contact form: name, email, subject, message. Technically: a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address and your user agent, for security purposes.
Purposes
- Contacting you when the service launches.
- Measuring and documenting demand for our partner bank, in aggregate form.
- Preventing abuse, spam and intrusion attempts.
- Meeting our legal and regulatory obligations.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent, collected when you submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in securing the service.
Retention
Requests are kept for 36 months from submission, or until you ask for deletion. Security logs are kept for 12 months.
Recipients
Your data is neither sold nor rented. It is accessible to authorised Xaarlem staff and, where relevant, passed to the partner bank when an account is actually opened — with your prior agreement.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@sendips.com. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Only strictly necessary cookies are set: language preference, theme preference and, for staff, a secure session cookie.
Security
Encryption in transit, hashed passwords, role-based access separation, logging of sensitive actions and pseudonymisation of IP addresses.
