"Xaar" means to wait. "Lem" means honey. The name states the method: the hive is built before the harvest. We prefer capital that is protected and slowly accumulated over a promise of speed.

Xaarlem is a technology and identity-verification service. We prepare the file, we verify, we forward. The partner bank — holding a banking licence and correspondent authorisation — opens and holds the account. That separation is structural: it protects your funds and makes responsibilities clear.
Our representation office is in New York, our headquarters in Dakar. Two ends of one bridge, run by teams who know both regulatory frameworks.
